Common Facilities

A Common Facility is one that is used frequently by your company. As an administrator, you create the list of common facilities in ZOLL Online Respond. Up to five facilities can be selected to create the list.

With the list created, a user can change the drop-off location to one of the common facilities by simply selecting it from a list. No more wasted time searching for the same facilities over and over.

Creating a common facility list (Admin only)

  1. To create the list of five facilities, log onto ZOLL Online and select the Respond tile.

  2. In the navigation bar, click Company Settings.

  3. Scroll down the page until you find Common Facilities.

  4. Search the Excluded box by scrolling down the list. Click a facility name to choose a facility and then click the Add button to move the facility to the 'Included' box (one to five facilities - five is the max).

  5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save.

Using Common Facilities

Scenario A: There is no designated drop-off location on the Drop-off tab. In this case the Common Facilities list displays automatically under the Recents heading.

Scenario B: A designated drop-off location already exists and you need to change that location. In this case, press Change. The Common Facilities list displays under the Recents heading.

In both scenarios, instead of entering the facility name in Search, you can tap a facility name on the Common Facility list. The facility name and address displays and the map will change the drop-off location to the common facility address.

Note: If the facility is on divert, it's name and address will be red.
